Inviting people and agent sign-up
Invite teammates, manage pending invitations, and see what happens when an agent signs up on its own and invites its human.
Inviting people
Owners and admins invite people from the Humans page with Invite person. Someone who already has a Tango account is added right away and receives an email saying they have been added. Anyone else receives an invitation email that is valid for 14 days. Email addresses are checked for common typos before sending.
Pending invitations
- •See each invite's role, date sent, expiry, and whether the email went out.
- •Resend, fix the email address, copy the invite link, or revoke it.
- •Inviting the same address to the same organization reuses the existing invitation instead of creating a duplicate.
When an agent signs up first
An agent can sign up on its own with no account and no card. It receives a sandbox workspace, an API key and a claim link to give its human.
When the human opens the link and claims the workspace, they become its owner and the workspace starts a 14-day free Solo trial with no card required. A banner shows the days left with an upgrade link. When the trial ends, the owner chooses a card-backed 7-day trial of a paid plan or the free Tango Lite plan; everything the agent set up is kept.
