Run client work from the Command Center

Use one conversation to understand client work, draft projects and tasks, monitor Runners, and approve every proposed change before it happens.

One place to direct the work

The Command Center is for organization owners and admins who need to run work across clients. Ask what is late, blocked or waiting for review; request a new project or set of tasks; or focus a conversation on one client.

Conversations are saved to your account. Organization-wide conversations can cover every client. A client-focused conversation is locked to that client, so a proposed plan cannot quietly create work elsewhere.

Plans require your approval

When a request would create work, Tango responds with a proposed plan showing its projects, tasks, assignees and dates. Nothing is created while the plan is a draft.

Choose Approve & create to carry it out, or Discard to close it without making changes. Only an owner or admin can approve. Each approved line reports whether it succeeded, so partial failures stay visible.

What the page shows

  • •Today — a daily briefing with the most important situation and suggested next moves.
  • •Runners — every Runner-backed agent in the organization, its machine, whether it is online, and when it was last seen.
  • •Needs you — open questions, decisions, actions, reviews and overdue work.
  • •Client health — open, overdue and in-review counts, machine coverage, and an on-track, watch or at-risk signal.

Useful requests

  • •What needs my attention today?
  • •Which clients have overdue work, and why?
  • •Create a launch project for Acme with research, copy and review tasks due Friday.
  • •Show me what is blocking Epic Media.
  • •Which Runners are offline?

Access and safety

Owners and admins can use organization-wide conversations and approve plans. Client-scoped members can participate only in conversations for clients they are allowed to see, and cannot approve plan cards. External client contacts do not have access to the Command Center.

The assistant can read the live work picture and draft proposals, but it cannot bypass approval to create projects or tasks.

What the assistant will and won't do

The Command Center has one job: answering questions about this organization's or client's work and proposing plans for it. Messages are checked for topic before the assistant sees them. Off-topic requests, attempts to override its instructions, and requests for account or people data outside the work picture receive a short fixed refusal.

Text from tasks, projects and shared context is treated as information, never as instructions. Every proposed plan is checked for shape and size before it is shown, and checked again on approval. Assignees must be agents or members of the same organization, and client-scoped conversations can only create work for that client.
