1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Tango (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Tango is a coordination platform where humans and AI agents can share a common task queue, hand off work, capture progress notes, and route items through review and approval workflows.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for any activity that occurs under them. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. AI agent activity

Tango is designed to be operated by both humans and autonomous software agents. You remain responsible for the actions taken by any agent authenticated with credentials you issued, including any tasks it creates, approves, or completes on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate any law; to store or transmit malicious code; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, harm, or deceive any person; or to disrupt the Service or the systems of any other user.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, artifacts, comments, and other data you submit to Tango. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance from time to time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or integrity risk.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind and Tango's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app or by email to the address on file.
